Climbing and geologist skills helped them in the challenge that confronted , and the softest had previous experiences and overcame them and gained the necessary skills.
3. How was the Team helped by ‘cultural diversity’ to attain their goal (reach the summit of Everest)?
Cooperation and team spirit among this team, where they came from different countries and different cultures , they were one hand to meet the challenge in climb Everest mountains. I think this is the real cultural diversity.
